Often, when we think about controlling weight, we think about needing to shed pounds. Some people, however, struggle to keep weight on. People in the former scenario may be dealing with thyroid issues while people in the latter may be struggling with something like Crohn’s disease. In either case, exercise can help level the playing field, but a doctor should be consulted before pursuing any specific weight control regimen.

Whether you are trying to stabilize by losing weight or by gaining weight, resistance training is one of the best ways to strengthen and tone your muscles. Training with Magister’s REP Band is particularly beneficial because:
